  • When should I start planning or make my appointment?
    We say that roughly 6 months is a good time to make an appointment for design consultation and fabric choices. This allows plenty of time to get everything completed and looking perfect before your wedding day.
  • How long does a suit take to tailor?
    Generally custom tailored suits or other items will take around 6 weeks to complete. Sometimes this may be sooner, but this is the general time frame
  • I'm not sure what I want?
    If you are unsure its always worth making a FREE appointment booking to our store. You can speak with a professional and they will help narrow things down for you to ensure you have the best fit. We also have inspiration booklets instore to help visual the look you are after.
  • Do you offer an express service?
    Yes, we offer an express service for an additional charge of £49.99. This allows completion in approximately 3-4 weeks.
  • I have an idea for a suit? Can you make it?
    If you have an idea for a suit or a particular style that you want tailored, simply send us some images through our WhatsApp chat or email and we can select fabrics to tailor this for you.
  • Can I provide my own measurements?
    Yes, you can supply your own measurements. We will check over these to look out for any obvious errors. Any measurements provided to us will not be eligible for our free adjustments.
  • What happens when the tailoring is complete?
    We ideally would like you to come in for fitting so we can assess you in the suit and make a note if any small adjustments are needed. Alternatively we do also offer tracked shipping options.
  • Will my measurements be saved?
    Yes absolutely. All measurements are saved so if in the future you would like another suit you are guaranteed to have the perfect fit.
  • What type of fabrics do you have?
    We a wide range of fabrics for any occasion. Summer fabrics such as seersucker, cotton, linen and Solaro. Mid all season 120's, Super 150's, Cashmerino 160's and 180's wool & cashmere. To heavy winter fabrics such as cotton velvets, flannel and tweed.
  • What if my suit doesn't fit properly?
    We stand by 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the suit or garment is not completely perfect first time round, we take care of all minor adjustments until it is correct.
  • Are bespoke items refundable?
    Unfortunately as every aspect of the suit will be completely to your choice, from the fabric, lining, piping, buttons and of course your measurements. They are not refundable. We have never come across this though as our customers love their bespoke creations.
